Swiss-Manager export
Download the starting list in a format Swiss-Manager understands. No retyping, no typos.
Up-to-date FIDE and LOK databases
Monthly-refreshed data from FIDE (1.8 million players) and LOK ŠSČR. The player types a name or ID — rating, federation, club, and birth year fill in automatically. The same works when you add players to the tournament yourself.
On-site check-in
Convert an accepted application into a starting-list entry with one click. See at a glance which players haven't shown up yet. Walk-in players are easy to add by searching the FIDE or LOK database.
Co-organizers
A tournament can be managed by several people — the work isn't dependent on one person. The tournament owner can add or remove a co-organizer at any time. Co-organizers have the same tournament-management rights as the owner — from accepting applications through on-site check-in to the Swiss-Manager export.
Team events
Team tournaments are supported too. When creating a tournament, just switch the format from "Individuals" to "Teams". A manager, coach, or captain creates a team for their club and picks players from the list for the roster. One user can apply with multiple teams to the same tournament. The organizer easily exports all submitted teams along with their rosters to Swiss-Manager.
Try it without signing up
The organizer test area is immediately available to everyone and lets you generate sample applications. Try the complete tournament-management flow — from applications all the way to exporting the starting list into Swiss-Manager.
